Mitie enrols first learners on the new 清洁 Hygiene Level 2 apprenticeship

Mitie, 英国领先的设施改造公司, has announced the enrolment of 20 learners for its new 清洁 Hygiene Operative Level 2 apprenticeship programme, helping to kick start their learning and development journey.

The 清洁 Hygiene Operative apprenticeship offers specialised training and development opportunities for colleagues in the early stages of their careers in the commercial cleaning sector. This includes colleagues who are new to the 行业 and those who do not currently hold any formal qualifications and would like to advance their professional development.

Proposed by the British 清洁 Council (BCC) and approved by the Institute for 学徒制 and Technical 教育 (IfATE) in January 2024, the apprenticeship programme will equip colleagues with essential skills required for their roles as cleaning operatives. This includes advanced cleaning 科技niques tailored for diverse commercial environments, 工作负载管理, 客户沟通, 以及健康和安全最佳做法.
